Hillside City View Landscape Design & Installation

This project was set on 1 acre on top of Mt Scott in Happy Valley and already presented some of the most breathtaking city views in the area. The vision was to enhance the experience both aesthetically and functionally, as this was a full property makeover with the original build in 1965. There was an immediate need for a new custom gate opening up to a steep paver driveway with stone retaining walls throughout. Entertaining areas were an essential part of the design featuring a large deck to enjoy the 180 degree views, a hot tub to soak in the sunsets, and an outdoor fire and seating area to relax and socialize.
